Returns policy

Thanks for loving our electric jet boards as much as we do.  However, if for some reason you are not in love with your jet board and/or accessories we are all ears and  here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging.  We will also need to see a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.   Shipping costs are nonrefundable.   If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns under warranty

Your jet board comes with a 12 month warranty from the date you receive it.  Your warranty covers the key technical elements of your board: motor, control system and battery pack.  Any faults which occur with these components during normal use are covered under your warranty. 


We try our best to resolve any issues with you remotely, however if your board needs to be returned to our factory under warranty you will need to arrange for this to be shipped to us (we can help you organise this).  Once inspected, providing the faults are within warranty, we will repair your board ship it back to you and refund your shipping costs.  If the fault is found to be due to misuse/damage of the board, shipping and repair costs will need to be paid for by you.  All misuse can be avoided by following the instructions supplied with your board.
